Clear explanations of the physiology that may be contributing to your concerns, and why specific recommendations are made.
Behavior-change support
Lifestyle coaching, mindfulness and nervous-system
regulation to identify barriers and build skills for sustainable progress

Exploring nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and metabolic function as they relate to your goals.

Psychoemotional support & personal development
Anxiety, depression, mood, life transitions, and personal growth, through intentional conversation and ACT-informed coaching.
